Our Coffee
Specialty Coffee:
Our coffee is born at an altitude of 1,800 meters in the mountains of Ebéjico, Antioquia, Colombia. Its journey begins on Los Cedros Farm, which is owned by Juan David Builes, a producer passionate about cultivating coffee of exceptional quality. This coffee is imported by a small exporter, ensuring direct and sustainable trade with local producers.
At Los Cedros Farm, multiple coffee varieties are grown and blended with a process that respects the environment and the coffee tradition of the region. Using strict standards, specialty coffee is produced from beans with superior attributes in flavor, aroma, and body.
At the moment, we offer two processing methods that create unique profiles:
• Medium roast: Highlights the acidity and fruity/floral notes, ideal for appreciating the complexity of each process.
• Medium-dark roast: Enhances caramelized sugars and offers cups with more body, chocolate, and nut notes, while still preserving the origin’s identity.
This coffee reflects the richness of the Antioquia mountains and the dedicated work of small producers like Juan David. It’s more than just coffee: it’s history, quality, sustainability, territory, and flavor in every cup.

How to Prepare a Good Cup of coffee at home?
You don’t need sophisticated equipment to enjoy the full flavor of specialty coffee. Here’s a quick guide to make it “ordinary” at home:
1️⃣ Grind fresh coffee: Use a medium grind if you’re making coffee with a drip machine or French press.
2️⃣ Measure carefully: A heaping tablespoon (~10 g) per 180 ml of water is a good starting point.
3️⃣ Heat the water (without boiling): Ideally between 90–96°C. If it boils, let it rest for 30 seconds.
4️⃣ Pour and wait: If you’re using a drip coffee maker, let the water do its job. If it’s a French press, pour, stir, wait 4 minutes, and press slowly.
5️⃣ Serve and enjoy: Take a moment to smell, taste, and discover the unique notes of each process and roast.
